Delicious food, very-very nice and welcoming staff with excellent service and a motivated staff. New building, great location near to the city centre and Porto Montenegro and bus station and the center of Tivat. Also, to the beaches we wanted to see.

Convenient location! It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, cozy cafes, and the city center. Plus, there's a public library within a 5-minute drive 📚.

Everything was excellent, including really friendly staff with excellent service and a motivated staff. My room was newly decorated and extremely pleasant with twin beds. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and particularly good to the coastline.

Stayed here for 3 days, enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with great and quiet location to the beaches we wanted to see. Location: the property was just off the centre, the Helada and Porto Montenegro.

The value for money at Helada was excellent, with comfortable rooms and quality furnishings. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance of nearby beaches and the town center. The staff were friendly, cute, and always helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I just loved the view of the mountains from the hotel. So disappointing not to be right on the coastline.

We enjoyed the hotel's location as it was easy to travel to and from the airport and we were able to explore the city centre and surrounding areas quite conveniently on foot. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast provided by the hotel was quite delicious too.
